We are now officially a Group!
If you would like to help us approve new members, new submissions, and even send out blogs, just send the Group a note and we may just send you an invite!
If you know other Ohioans, spread the word! The bigger we are, the better!
If you would like the ability to add your art to our Gallery, please go to our profile, click on the "Join Our Group" button and send in the application. Once you're approved you can add your Ohio Art to our Gallery by following these steps: (if you are approved as a member and get an error when you try to submit, please leave a comment because the permissions are wonky and like to rest themselves grrrrrrr...)
Let's start with a one deviation per day limit. 
1. Go to our gallery page:
[link] 2. At the top right side of the page, under the tab bar and directly above the Featured thumbs, you should see a link button that says "+Submit to this Gallery". Click it.
3. From the drop down, chose whether you wish to submit directly to our gallery, or to submit an existing deviation.
(This first choice may only work for admins; I'm not sure yet). If you choose to submit a new deviation, you will be redirected to the regular submit page where you can chose to submit to the group by making sure the check box is checked next to our Group name. Please do not chose the "Submit exclusively to this group" option unless the deviation has been made exclusively for the group, like a Group stamp or new I.D.
If you chose to submit an older deviation, you will see a pop-up picker where you can pick which deviation you'd like to add to the gallery. You may only submit deviations from
your own gallery; do not submit any art from your favorites or elsewhere on dA.
4. Click on the thumb you would like to submit, and then click on the ok button.
5. You will receive a notice in your message center that your deviation is awaiting approval. If your deviation is approved, the thumb will appear in our Gallery and the watch of all our members. This thumb is just a fancy link back to your original art; there is no double post. Anyone who clicks on the thumb will be sent directly to your original. All comments, pageviews, and favorites will go directly to you!
6. The following deviations will be declined if you attempt to submit them to our gallery:
Anything with gratuitous nudity or excessive violence/gore
Anything that contains screenshots or other copyrighted art.
Anything against dA's TOS.
Anything unrelated to Ohio. (You may want to explain in your artist comments what the image is if it is not clearly Ohio related.)
Art that is not yours.
7. At the moment we have a one per day limit on Gallery submissions since we are a relatively small club. In the future we may need to implement more stick rules. You may suggest as many deviations as you like to our Favorites gallery. Suggesting favorites is very similar to picking an older deviation to post to the gallery. You can even suggest non-member Ohio art if you want.
8. Submissions do not have to be new.
Please try to submit something to the gallery if you have time, so we can know whether it is working properly.
And finally, I don't know if I can but I'm going to try and set up a module where everyone can post their own info. There's so many setting here, so that may take a while.
